Quick answers
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during open hours. For larger bags of pairs, a short note helps us plan the bench.
How long do repairs take?
Simple heel tips may be same day. Resoling usually needs a few working days depending on materials.
Can you match an old sole?
We keep common rubber and leather stocks. Unusual profiles may need ordering — we will tell you before starting.
